Ricotta gnudi, arugula,crispy prosciutto,parsnip puree, au poivre sauce.



GRILLED SALMON

Marble potato,romanesco cauliflower, celery root puree, bacon jam,chili oil.



ZUCCHINI VERMICELLI

Zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes,mushrooms,spinach,pine nuts.
